PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Our Project Management service can be as comprehensive or more narrowly focused as our clients require. We can do all or part of the following:

  • Initial project evaluation / engineering
  • Economic analysis and AFE development
  • Develop procedures for the project
  • Develop and manage a formal “Request for Quotation” for services / equipment
  • Contractor / Vendor evaluation and review of “fit” for project
  • Manage day to day activities from the construction of the location through turning over the well to the sales line
  • Cost control of project
  • Manage communication from the location through to the client’s representative(s)
  • Prepare all necessary reports – Railroad Commission or state / federal requirements
  • Maintain operations that are safe, efficient, and meet all regulatory requirements
